Sterling silver Fatima pendant the Hand of Fatima the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad PBH. Also known as the Fatima pendant, the Khamsa, or the Muslim Hand of Fatima. Made in Birmingham, hand polished the pendant comes to you carefully prepared in a black leatherette gift box. It is fitted with a diamond cut curb chain 20 inches long.
