9ct rose gold 14x14mm plain heart disc, the plain back and front are ideal for engraving a name, initials or a short message. The thickness of this disc pendant is 0.5mm. Made and hand polished in our Birmingham factory and sent to you in a black leatherette gift box with a curb chain 24 inches long.
