9ct yellow gold 15x9mm diamond cut four pointed star set with a diamond solid block Cross. Handmade from 2 mm by 2 mm square wire, the back and sides are also plain highly polished. Made and hand polished in our Birmingham factory it is fitted with a bright cut curb chain and comes to you carefully prepared in a black leatherette gift box.
