18ct yellow gold 26x13mm rectangular or oblong Medical Alarm Disc. The hand engraved Medical emblem which paramedics will recognise could save precious seconds in an emergency. The back is plain, highly polished by hand and ideal for engraving with important medical details. The thickness of this disc pendant is 0.5mm. Made and hand polished in our Birmingham factory and sent to you in a black leatherette gift box with a curb chain 16 inches long. Please note this chain length is short and is really only suitable for children.
